General Potemkin deceived Catherine the Great with facades in peasant Russian villages to make the Queen think Russia was prosperous.

A Potemkin Village (pronounced ‘puh·tem·kin’) is a phrase German writer Georg von Helbig coined in his biography of Russian general Grigory Potemkin (AD 1739-1791).
Grigory Potemkin wished to impress his Queen, Catherine the Great. He sought to fool Catherine into thinking that an area of Russia over which Potemkin was responsible was far more prosperous than it was.
Thousands of peasants were stage-managed for this purpose. Potemkin gave the peasants better clothes and told them to wash themselves. He painted hundreds of facades in front of peasant wooden homes and shacks to cover the reality of poverty.
Since then, the phrase “Potemkin Village” has been used for false facades and actors pretending that something is true when it isn’t.

Last Saturday, August 17, 2024, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, legitimate patrons at Primanti Brothers restaurant were kicked out so that paid actors could fill the restaurant for a “media stop” of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
Watch the video of the hired people pulling up to Primanti Bros restaurant in dozens of white vans, cars, and buses to stage the entire political event for the media and the American public. The goal is to manipulate people in our country into believing something that may or may not be true.
Do the ordinary people of Pittsburgh who eat at Primanti Bros. love Kamala Harris?
We don’t know. The media presented a Potemkin Political Village.
The Harris event at the Primanti Bros. restaurant angered some legitimate patrons who were forced to leave so the media could film Kamala with “the people” that Kamala’s media team brought in.
During the evening news, all over mainstream media, the American public saw a restaurant full of people fawning over Kamala Harris, verbally praising her.
- The people were hired and brought in by Harris’ team.
- The entire scene was a facade presented to manipulate opinion.
- It was a modern Potemkin Village in an American Presidential race.

Creating fake facades using hirelings takes money, work, and devious character.
It worked for Potemkin when he deceived Catherine the Great in the 18th century, but it better not work in the 21st century.

“We the People” are the Queen in this modern day.
Sadly, mainstream media (MSM) is complicit in constructing Potemkin Polical Villages.
It requires reporters who never question, media companies that censor truth to cover lies, and media moguls seeking personal wealth to prop up Potmenin Politics.
American people, please don’t be fooled. We’ve seen it before. Think critically. Don’t fall for political facades.
When the media tells you that Kamala Harris is “surging in the polls,” I only have to remind you what the mainstream media polls told us about Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump as late as October 2016.
I am not a Trump acolyte. If there were a better candidate, I would vote for him or her. I refrain from telling people who to vote for personally.
But I never hesitate to advocate biblical principles that should help conscientious voters think critically about the truth.
Kamala Harris and her Potemkin Politics are dangerous.
Her Marxism is disastrous for the future of our country.

Sadly, this isn’t a new phenomenon to the US.
Just take a critical view of the entire crowd behind Trump when he was supposedly shot at. None of them, including women with babies and children, bolted from their positions after hearing shots. Highly improbable/ impossible with today’s mindset stimulated constantly via fearnomics.
Several stood, without flinching, just watching nonchalantly throughout it . A woman to Trump’s left just stayed calmly in place and started recording with her cell phone. Highly suspicious.
Good discussion about the dismal choices they offer us for leadership. Trump is knee-deep in deception as is Kamala.
