Istoria means “To Inquire”

In 2012, Wade and Rachelle  Burleson and several friends founded a 501 C-3 non-profit called Istoria Ministries. During the last decade, Istoria has impacted thousands of lives around the world through its mission of declaring the Good News of Jesus Christ so that all of our stories may revolve around His Story.

Some of the current ministries included in Istoria’s outreach are:

1. Assisting victims in overcoming the trauma of sexual predatory behaviors, especially those who have experienced such predatory behavior in church or religious settings.

2. Partnering with other non-profits to construct a community center and athletic facility to fulfill a vision of having Pacific Island young people better integrate into American culture.

3. Publishing articles and books designed to help people focus on living life from a Christian worldview, and distributing those books free of charge as much as possible.

4. Encouraging people to think critically about their own lives and the meaning and purpose of living through podcasts, blogs, and personal conversations.

5. Providing weekly Bible studies in-house and online for the encouragement of those searching for the Truth, which is found in Jesus the Messiah and the Word of God.
