The Washington Post falsely reported that “Novak Djokovic’s refusal to receive a coronavirus vaccination cost him the chance to compete for his 22nd Grand Slam singles title when he announced Thursday that he will not be able to participate in the U.S. Open.”
No, Washington Post, we want the truth.
The Centers for Disease Control cost Djokovic a chance to compete for his 22nd Grand Slam singles title by forbidding the tennis champion from entering the United States.
Novak Djokovic’s absence from the United States Open was not his choice. It was the tyrannical (and stupid) choice of the United State’s Center for Disease Control.
It wasn’t Congress that restricted the #1 tennis player in the world from entering the U.S. It wasn’t the President of the United States that forbade him from entering. Joe Biden told reporters “I can’t do anything about it.”
Imagine that! The most powerful leader in the Free World is less powerful than a group of people who have never been elected by the American people.

It was a group of unelected bureaucrats who wrongly exert authority over the American people and the United States Open. The CDC wrongly locked us down in 2020. This same CDC recently apologized for its huge missteps.
Why do Americans not fight against the Marxist takeover of the United States government by federal agencies filled with officials NOT ELECTED by us? Why are Congressmen not screaming from the top of their lungs that the CDC does NOT have the Constitutional authority over America’s borders or the American people?
Where are our leaders who have sworn: “to uphold the Constitution”?
According to recent international travel guidelines released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, non-U.S. citizens and non-U.S. immigrants still “must show proof of being fully vaccinated with the primary series of an accepted Covid-19 vaccine before you board your flight to the United States. Only limited exceptions apply.”
I am dumbfounded that the American people blindly trust unelected bureaucrats who have taken authority over United States citizens and our borders. The United States government seems to have more in common with the Chinese Communist Party than we do with the governments of Great Britain or France. Djokovic, the three-time U.S. Open champion, was allowed entrance into France and England for two Grand Slam tournaments this past spring and summer. At the French Open in Paris, he lost a four-set quarterfinal match to Rafael Nadal. In England, he won Wimbledon for the seventh time. But he “could not” enter the United States?
Wake up, people.

Your link was VERY good about Novak Djokovic. I never thought Mexico could be smarter than us, but anyone can fly there without the COVID shots.
Djokovic could fly there, cross the Texas border like thousands of others, and compete in the U.S. Open.

Wade, some in our church got COVID even though they’d been vaccinated.
It only takes a few minutes to have a COVID test. Would you rather be on an airplane with people that have had the shots or with those that tested negative before getting on the plane?
